I love sharing my knowledge and passion for herbal medicine. I think it is really important that making medicine is accessible for all. It is so simple and transformative to know that you can treat common complaints often with kitchen cupboard staples or plants growing in the garden.

Join me at the beautiful Sussex Prairie Wild in Henfield for a series of Summer/Autumn Workshops from July to October this year.
I am excited to be holding a series of morning workshops from July 2025. There are four in total, one a month from July to October. Each is differently themed and can be taken individually or together. We will look at different aspects of herbal medicine making, try lots of different herbs and look at ways to create herbal preparations. You will be able to take home all the recipes to try at home and will make at least 3 goodies to take away too.
